  Hidden neighborhood gem - Always good, always reliable.  They also do uber eats which is a bonus when I'm short on time at work!

  My first time at this Mediterranean restaurant. The restaurant needs updating very much. There is only seating here for smll groups and only three booths and two bar tables so seating accomadations are very limited.
  This is a family owned restaurant and the family staff were very friendly and polite.
  We ordered two lamb gyro combos that come with any side and a drink and it was very cheap I thought for a combo.
  The gyro had a little too much cucumber sauce and the meat was chopped up into little bite sized pieces which mad eating it difficult because everyring was falling out of the sandwhich.
  But apart from that the gyro tasted very well.
  The Falafel need some salt and the salad was very soggy.

  I was wanting a gyro today. There are many places around Orlando with gyro options. Mediterranean Gourmet came up as one. Looked great, pictures that I saw were awesome! This place did not disappoint! I got a king gyro (lamb) combo with hummus/pita. The pita was warm and soft, the meat was tender and flavorful, the tzatziki sauce was Divine! I'll be back! PS: pricing is great too!

  My mother would NOT shut up about this place, so naturally she took me there for lunch. It is located in a little shopping plaza off of Lee Rd.  If you are familiar with the "Green Day Cafe," it is in the same plaza.  I am guessing that is how my mom found this place. Anyway, the decor of the restaurant reminds me of a NY style bodega. A couple of wooden booths, a couple high top tables and an open kitchen.  The man taking our order was very polite and friendly. He had a very strong accent and had to translate our order to the cook, which made me excited because I knew this was going to be fresh and authentic. I was so right! The Tabbouleh was so bright and the temperature was perfect for a hot day. We also enjoyed hummus, a Greek salad, grape leaves, and a steak sandwich. Yum! The only thing I didn't care for was the mozzarella sticks and that's probably because they don't make them! If you are in the area for lunch and need something quick, efficient, healthy and cost-effective this is definitely a contender. Skip the Golden Arches and have some nutrition with this place.  We will be returning.
